Multi-user Access (MUA) lets you invite other users to have access to your Wise Business account. These invited users are called team members.
Team members can only access the business account(s) you invite them to. They can’t access your personal account.
You can control your team members’ access with permissions. Each team member has a custom set of permissions that control what they can see and do on your Wise Business account.
How do I give my team member permissions?
You’ll be asked to choose a team member’s permissions when you invite them to your account.
Team members may be subject to verification checks once they're added to the account.
Learn how to add people to your Wise business account
On the permission selection screen, permissions are grouped by the jobs your team members might need to do on the account: View account, Move money, Pay with card, Manage team, and Manage account. You can expand these groups to add or remove specific permissions, so you can choose exactly what you want your team member to do.
Some features on the business account need multiple permissions to work, one permission might be dependent on another one. When you select a team member’s permissions, those other dependent permissions will be selected automatically, and will be shown to you in grey. So you’ll know if any dependent permissions have been selected, and you can make sure you’re happy with them.
You can also use our Viewer or Admin presets to quickly select a set of permissions. The Viewer preset fills in permissions that will give the team member view-only access, and the Admin preset fills in all available permissions. You can then add or remove any permissions you need.

How can I manage my team member’s payments?
You can set up payment approvals for any team members with permission to set up or make payments via transfer. Team members whose payments need approval can still set up payments, but the payment needs to be approved by another team member before it's funded or completed.
