You can change your address based by following the steps on our editing personal details page.
But if the address field is greyed out, get in touch and send us your Japanese address, including the postal code, and your occupation information. We’ll help you change it.
I'm changing my Japanese address to a new Japanese address
If you're moving within Japan and are changing from one Japanese address to another, you'll need to submit one of these documents:
a new Japanese ID
a government-issued document with your full name, date of birth, and new address. This needs to be issued within 6 months, and the My Number section should be covered
