In most regions we use standard delivery by local post, so we can only give you an estimated delivery time, but not a tracking number. You can check this under the Card tab in your Wise account.
You can still use your digital card before your physical one arrives.

Learn how to speed up your card order
If you haven’t received your card after the estimated date:
Double-check the address
You can see the address next to the delivery estimate. Please check to make sure it’s right. If it’s not, you can change your delivery address.
Wait a little longer
The delivery date you see in your Wise account is the best estimate we can give you. But sometimes it can take a little longer to arrive. Please wait a couple of extra days.
Order a new card
If you’ve already waited past our delivery estimate, and the card hasn’t arrived, you can order a new one.
Note: Once you’ve ordered a new card, we’ll cancel the first one, so you won’t be able to use it if it arrives
To order a new card:

Log in to your Wise account and go on the Card tab
If there's a list of cards, click on the card you're waiting for
Click on the estimated date, and in the pop-up message, click on Card not arrived? Order a new one at the bottom
App
Log in to your Wise account and go on the Card tab
If you have multiple cards, swipe to the one you're waiting for
Tap on the estimated date
Tap on I didn't get my card at the bottom and follow the steps — don't forget to double-check your delivery address
