Here’s how to change the address your Wise card is delivered to.
If you've already ordered your card
When the delivery estimate has passed
From the Card tab, select Order a card
Select Physical card
Follow the instructions
Your original card will be cancelled and you won’t be able to activate it.
When the delivery estimate hasn't passed yet
From the Card tab, select your card order
Select More info > Edit delivery details
Select Order a new card and enter the new delivery address
Follow the instructions to complete the order (there may be a small fee to change the delivery address).
Your original card will be cancelled and you won’t be able to activate it.
If you didn't finish your card order
You might have started your card order, but didn't finish it. If this is the case:
From the Card tab, select your card order
Select Edit address
Edit your delivery address and follow the instructions
This will complete the order, and your card will be sent to you.
