Wise Business bank details will cost NZ$40 from 27th May

Wise

Until now, we’ve been offering business bank details to our customers for free.

From 27th May, there will be a small, one-time fee to get your bank details to receive payments into your Wise Business account.

We believe you should only pay for the services you use

Which is why we don’t ask you to pay monthly fees or have a minimum balance to use your account.

We also will not charge you to receive payments per transaction. This is a one-time fee only.

We also believe in radical transparency

We want to be very upfront about what this fee is paying for.

It’ll help us cover onboarding costs (verifying your business🔒) and providing you with customer support (someone to help when you need it💚).

It’s still free to hold money in 50+ currencies

You can still open and hold money in any of 50+ balances for free. And you can exchange currencies at the usual low cost fee, at the real exchange rate.

This is a one-off fee only to get bank details for five currencies: USD, GBP, EUR, AUD and NZD.

This charge will not apply to your personal account.
