Quick Pay is a fast and easy way to receive money to your Business account. With Quick Pay your customers can pay through your website, in person, or through invoices.
To receive money, you can share your Quick pay link (URL) or QR code. This allows other Wise users to send you money, or pay with their card if you have this feature available.
How do I set up Quick Pay?
Quick Pay is available to all business accounts that have a balance with account details, enabled 2-step authentication, and completed business account verification.
Once your Wise account is set up, you can get your Quick Pay link or QR code by:
Going to Payments.
Select Quick Pay.
Select Get started to see your link and QR code
You can now share your link or QR code with anyone. When they click the link or scan the QR code, customers will be directed to log into Wise and pay you — even if they don't have your account details.
How can I receive money using Quick Pay?
To receive money for your business, you can use your Quick Pay link or QR code in various ways.
Receiving through your website
If you want to get paid through your website, copy your Quick Pay link and add it as a link or button on your website. When they click it, they'll be directed to the payment details so they can send you money.
You can paste your unique link into your invoice templates, emails, and any other payment requests that you send to customers. You can also use the link to embed a button on your website that customers can use to pay you.

Receiving in person or at your business location
The easiest way to get paid in person is to use your unique QR code. When your customers scan it, they’ll be directed to log into Wise and pay you.
You can add your QR code to invoices, or display it at your location so that people can scan and pay through their phone.
If you want to have a paper copy instead of on the phone, you can print it out and display it at your business location by choosing Download.

How it works
How can my customers pay?
Currently, the only payment methods they can use are Pay with Wise or card payments (if activated).
For the payer to send you money, all they need to do is click on your Quick Pay link or scan your QR code and follow the steps. If they're Paying with Wise they'll need to log into their Wise account.
Can I customise my Quick Pay link?
For security reasons, we're not able to support customisation for Quick Pay Links or QR codes, but we're working on adding this in the future.
However, if your business name has changed, contact us to request a new Quick Pay link.
People can't find me using my Quick Pay link, what should I do?
If this happens your Quick Pay link might be toggled off. To toggle it on:
Go to Payments
Select Quick Pay.
Select Manage and toggle it on.
Can I pre-fill the amount and currency of the payment request?
Yes, you can do it in two ways.
Through our website
On Web only, you can set an amount and currency with your request. To do this:
Click the toggle next to Set amount and currency.
Add the amount
Select the currency
This will pre-fill your personal Quick Pay link with the details. You can Copy the link and share it with your payers. The amount and currency will be defined.
Editing the URL
If you want more flexibility you can also manually modify the Quick Pay link yourself. To do this:
Copy your Quick Pay link (ex. wise.com/pay/business/YOUR_BUSINESS)
Append ?currency=CURRENCY&amount=AMOUNT and set CURRENCY and AMOUNT to what you would like to request.
To pre-fill the amount and currency for anything else, simply change the values in the URL.
For an example of a 100 GBP request, the final link for your business should look something like http://wise.com/pay/business/YOUR_BUSINESS_NAME?currency=GBP&amount=100
