We work with partner banks to provide account details for some of our supported currencies.
Working with partner banks means that you can receive a wider range of currencies, using both domestic and international Swift payment methods.
When you’ll see partner bank details
When you want to receive money with your account details, you might need to provide the partner bank’s details to the person sending the money. Or your sender might see the partner bank’s name shown when they make the payment instead of Wise's name.
Don’t worry — as long as you use the account details shown in your Wise account, the money will arrive safely to your account. And we always display the partner bank details clearly alongside your other account details, so you can share them all with people sending you money.
Getting help with partner banks
Although some of our account details are provided by partner banks, your account is with Wise — not the partner bank. So if you need any help, make sure you contact us first.
