All customers are currently being put into a waitlist. We don't have an ETA for the end of this system but we'll let you know once you're ready to be onboarded.
With a Wise Business account, you can request a payment from anyone and send them a link to pay you by credit or debit card.

We’ll notify you again when your money arrives
What it costs you
The fee we charge depends on the card your customer pays with.
Card (credit and debit) | Fee |
---|---|
Domestic consumer cards (issued where your business is registered) | 1% |
International consumer cards | 2.9% |
All business cards | 2.9% |
Our fees already cover Visa and Mastercard card scheme and interchange fees, so you won’t be charged anything extra.
Once your payment arrives, you can check the fee we charged in your Activity.
What it costs your customer
We don't charge your customer anything, but their bank or card issuer might charge them a fee if:
they're paying you in a foreign currency
they’re paying with a credit card
their bank treats the payment to Wise as a cash advance
If your customer isn’t sure what they’ll be charged, ask them to check with their card issuer.
Limits
You can request up to the equivalent of 10,000 GBP per transfer in the supported currencies.
How long it takes to receive the payment
It can take up to 7 days to pay out your money after the payment is successfully received. Depending on your region and the currency, sometimes payouts can take slightly longer.
You can see the estimated pay-out time in the transaction details section.
Issuing refunds
You can now issue refunds to anyone who paid you in full by card through the request payment option. The refund will go back to the original paying card.
You can go to your incoming transactions on the home screen, or:
Go to the Payments tab
Select Payment links, or Invoices
Select the request, and then the specific payment
Select Refund payment
Choose how much you want to refund — it can be any amount up to the full amount paid. You can choose to issue a few partial refunds, but the total shouldn't be more than the full amount.
And that's it! Refunds to the card can take 2-10 working days to arrive.
Note that if you refund your payer, you won't get a refund on the fees you paid for using our service when charging the payer.
