I've changed my phone number and can’t log in
If you’ve lost access to your old number or otherwise can’t log in, don’t worry — here’s how you can change your number:
Open this link and add the email you have registered on your Wise account
Go to your email inbox and open the link from the email
Follow the instructions on the screen to change your phone number — it’ll tell you everything we’ll need, such as a selfie with ID and your new number
After you're done, we’ll send an SMS to your new number to verify it
Troubleshoot here if you have trouble uploading your selfie with ID
If that still doesn’t work, email us with an attachment of your selfie with ID, and your new phone number including the country code.
It can take up to 2 working days to review — we’ll let you know once it’s done or if we need any more information.
