You can’t get PLN account details right now. We need to make some improvements to our PLN account details. So, we’ve had to stop users getting these details for the time being. If you already have PLN account details, you can keep using them as normal.
Account details are a set of details for a currency to receive money.
Once you have your PLN account details, you’ll have your own account number where you can receive Polish złoty.
This isn’t a bank account, but you can receive money in the same way by sharing the account details with friends, family, clients or companies, so that they can send you money.
They can pay you locally from their Polish bank, or internationally by Swift. Once you receive the money, it’ll be credited to your PLN balance.

Payments from outside Poland
If your payer is not able to make a domestic transfer, you can use your PLN details to receive Swift payments.
Payments by Swift to GBP details
You can also receive PLN from outside Poland by Swift into your GBP global account details.
Let the sender know that you want to receive PLN into your GBP details so you can avoid conversion fees. Some banks might recognise the GBP IBAN and want to convert PLN to GBP, but this isn't necessary.
If their bank asks them the country of the recipient’s bank, tell them to select the United Kingdom.
