Account details are a set of details for a currency to receive money.
Once you have your GBP account details, you’ll have your own account number, sort code and BIC where you can receive British pounds.
This isn’t a bank account, but you can receive money in the same way by sharing the account number and sort code with friends, family, clients or companies, so that they can send you money.
They can pay you locally from their British bank, or internationally by Swift. Once you receive the money, it’ll be credited to your GBP balance.
