You can replace your Wise card at any time for a small fee.
App:
Go to the Card tab
Tap on Replace Card
Choose the reason why you're replacing your card
Tap on Replacement Card
Web:
Click on Cards on the left-hand side
Select Replace card
Select one of the options on the screen
You’ll see 3 options:
I lost my card
If you choose this one, your card will be frozen. If you find your card, you can unfreeze it. Alternatively, you can replace your card.
My card was stolen
If you choose this option, your card will be blocked. This will stop anyone from being able to spend with your card. You won't be able to unblock your card — you'll need to order a new one.
My card isn't working
If this is your case, you can keep using your current card. It will be blocked and cancelled only when you activate your new one.
To replace your card, all you need to do is enter and confirm your delivery address, and your new card will be on its way.

What if my card expires?
If you regularly use your card, we’ll remind you to replace it before it expires, around 2 months before the expiration date.
How do I cancel my Wise card?
