We're not currently able to support transfers from AED, which means you won't be able to pay for transfers with AED, except if paying from your Wise balance.
Sending to AED
Who can I send AED to?
You can send AED to individual and business bank accounts in the United Arab Emirates.
What information do I need about my recipient?
You’ll need their full name (up to 35 English characters only) and their 23-character IBAN. The IBAN consists of numbers and letters, and should begin with AE.
How much can I send?
There’s no limit to how much you can send to AED, but the currency you’re sending from may have a limit.
How long does it usually take for the money to arrive?
Once Wise receives and converts your money, it usually takes 0–2 working days to arrive in your recipient’s bank account. Conversion can take up to 2 working days.

Are there any restrictions on sending to AED?
You can’t send money from Israel to the UAE.
Is there any other information I need to know?
The UAE now has Monday-Friday as their working days. Friday is a half day.
