What information do I need about my recipient?
For transfers to bank accounts, you’ll need their full name, bank name, and bank account number. The bank account number should be less than 34 characters.
How much can I send?
You can send up to 490 million VND per transfer.
The minimum you can send is 10,000 VND for personal recipients and 50,000 VND for business recipients.
How long does it usually take for the money to arrive?
Once we receive and convert your money, it usually takes 1 working day to arrive in your recipient’s bank account. Conversion can take up to 2 working days.
