Currently Wise does not support PHP payments funded via bank transfer. However, you can send PHP funded from your Wise account balance.
Sending to PHP
Who can I send PHP to?
You can send PHP to any individual and business bank accounts in Philippines. You can also send to GCash, Maya (formerly known as PayMaya), GrabPay, Starpay, Bayad Wallet, TayoCash, ShopeePay, and JuanCash.
What information do I need about my recipient?
For transfers to bank accounts, you’ll need their full name, bank name and 6-18 digit long bank account number.
How much can I send?
If you're sending to a bank account the limit per transfer is:
490,000 PHP if you live in the Philippines
9 million PHP If you live outside of the Philippines
If you're sending to a mobile wallet, such as Gcash or Maya, the limit per transfer is 49,999 PHP.
Mobile wallet providers might have their own receiving or balance limits, so if your payment gets rejected ask the recipient to check with their provider.
How long does it usually take for the money to arrive?
Once we receive and convert your money, it usually takes 1–2 working days to arrive in your recipient’s bank account. Conversion can take up to 2 working days.
