This article covers how you can claim your reward for our invite program.
After we review your reward, we’ll send you an email so you can claim it. You'll also see it as a Task from the home page. Once you claim the reward it will be added to your Wise balance.
You can then send money from your balance to an external account of your choice or spend it with your Wise card.
You can claim the reward within one year from qualifying. The reward will expire unless it’s claimed within the year.
Can I get my invite reward in a different currency or account?
We'll add your reward to your Wise account in most cases. But if you don't have an eligible balance that we can add your reward to, then we can send the reward directly to an external account of your choice.
We can send the reward to most currencies Wise supports. You can see the available currencies when you claim your reward.
If you’re having trouble claiming the reward, you’ll need to:
Contact us — let us know the currency and last 4 digits of the bank account you’d like to receive your reward into.
Unsupported currencies and payment methods
We can't send rewards to:
BDT, BWP, COP, CRC, FJD, GHS, INR, KES, KRW, NGN, NPR, PKR, RUB, TZS, UAH, UGX, UYU, XOF, ZAR, ZMW.
or via Swift International transfers. We can only send rewards to bank accounts in the local currency of the receiving country.
For example, we can only send USD to a bank account in the US. We aren't able to send USD to other countries because that would be sent as a Swift payment.
