For eligible countries you can pay an additional fee to speed up your card order and get a tracking number — also known as expedited delivery.
How do I speed up my card order?
To receive your card faster you have to request the expedited delivery method while ordering the card.
Typically your card will arrive between 4 working days to 3 weeks, depending on where you live. You'll need to be available to accept the delivery in person.

We can't expedite delivery:
after the order is placed — you can only expedite while ordering your card
to PO boxes
to unsupported countries
What countries are eligible?
You can speed up your order of your first-time or replacement card(s) if you're in Australia, Canada, EEA (excluding Iceland), Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, UK or the US
If you ordered your card in Singapore you can speed up the card order if the delivery address is outside Singapore.
Brazil is not currently eligible for expedited delivery.
How does expedited delivery work?
Expedited delivery is done by DHL or UPS. Once the card is produced, they’ll deliver it to you in person within 4 working days.
If you’re not at the delivery address to collect your card, they’ll try again one more time.
If you’re not around to collect your card on their second try, DHL will send the card back to us and we’ll destroy it.
We can’t offer a refund for the cost of delivery in this case.
How much does it cost?
It depends where your card is being sent to. We’ll show you the additional fee when you’re ordering.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, you’ll get a tracking number by email or SMS if you choose to speed up your card order. And you can track your card on DHL or UPS’s website.
Remember to add your contact information on DHL’s website to be notified about the delivery.
